Our desire is to see IRECT develop a theology, practice, and heart for mission \u2014 nurturing a passion for what God is doing locally and globally, and finding ways to participate with Him.<\/span><\/p>\n

The primary ministries of Outreach include the following two areas:<\/b><\/p>\n

Preparing programs that seek to broaden the congregation\u2019s vision and equip the congregation to participate in the mission of God\u2019s Kingdom and proclaim the Gospel of Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Building and nurturing good relationships with other Reformed\/Presbyterian churches, mission agencies in the Toronto and Mississauga area, and the Indonesian community, including the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Toronto.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regular activities include:<\/span><\/p>\n

Mission Month<\/b>, held every October, during which the church invites several mission agencies to present their ministries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Serving those in need<\/b>, through Open Door by providing meals for them, and also helping supply non-perishable goods to be distributed to those in need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Supporting children and families<\/b> through Compassion Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n
