3rd course:
Tumpeng for each and every single plate/person. A cone-shaped yellow rice dish like mountain surrounded by assorted Indonesian dishes such as :
  • chicken satay (sate ayam)
  • sweet fried beef (empal gepuk)
  • boiled marble egg (telor pindang)
  • a vegetable medley with special peanut sauce (karedok)
